We want HexMetrics to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced motion.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We say "aim to conform" deliberately: no independent audit has been carried out, so we do not claim conformance. Where this statement and the actual site disagree, the site is the fact and we want to hear about it.
Some data-dense surfaces, in particular the draft board and the wider statistics tables, carry a lot of information in a small space and are harder to use with a screen reader than the rest of the site. Some chart and radar visualisations convey shape that we have not fully expressed in text. We are working on both.
We treat the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act where it applies, as the standard we are held to, and WCAG 2.2 AA as the practical measure of it.
Write to legal@hexmetrics.app describing the page and what you could not do. We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days and to give you a substantive answer, including a timeframe for a fix or an alternative way to accomplish the task, within 30 days.
If our response does not resolve the problem, say so in reply and ask for escalation. We will review it again and give you a written decision.
